Hello there! Thanks for stopping by. Creating art has become my passion, my therapy, my joy. My artwork ranges from serious to semi-serious to silly. My current favorite medium is oil mixed with cold wax which I then apply (paint) with painting knives and non-traditional tools. Color and shapes fascinate me. Putting them together into a painting is a process I enjoy. I love experimenting with different mediums, different textures, and different ideas. After all, art is about being creative, right? I currently live in McKinney, Texas with my husband and three cats. Other than my art, my favorite things to do are to read (several books a month), feeding the birds, rabbits, and squirrels that come into the yard, and goofing...
